What is Creative Catalyst?
Creative Catalyst is designed to inspire the next generation of talented young people from Black, Asian and multicultural backgrounds who might be considering a career in film, storytelling, VR and cross-media platforms. Our TalentLab alumni act as mentors, sharing their benefit of their own personal insights and experiences.

Who can apply?
You need to be:
18 to 25 years old
from a Black, Asian or multicultural background
interested in filmmaking, storytelling or digital media
You don’t need to have any experience.
How does it work?
There’ll be three days of workshops focused on film, spoken word, and virtual reality.
Over those four days, you’ll:
develop your raw ideas into projects
learn hands-on skills
create a personal development plan (with help from one of our B3 Associates and alumni network)
At the end, there’ll be a final showcase where you’ll get the chance to pitch your project to a panel of industry experts.
